How to Order
How much time to provide for online orders?
As we bake all our whole cakes fresh, orders must be submitted and paid in full at least 3 days in advance prior to delivery or self-collection date. (e.g. for delivery on Thursday, order must be made and paid by Monday).
For Rainbow Cake and Customised Cakes we will require at least 1 week notice.
For urgent orders, kindly call us at +65 6440 6003 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for availability.
How can we pay online?
We accept payments by PayPal, by credit card (via PayPal) or by bank transfer/bank deposit to a OCBC account.
After receipt of payment, Baker's 13 will provide confirmation receipt to you.
Self Collection or Delivery?
We allow both self collection of orders from our store at the address below. Indicate self collect during the submission of order and select your preferred collection date and time. Self-collection is only between 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm Saturday/Public Holidays (i.e. Baker's 13 is closed on Sundays).
For delivery, Baker’s 13 will either deliver the good(s) personally or arrange our logistics partner to deliver the good(s). All deliveries are made with air conditioned vehicles. Delivery is only between 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Saturday/Public Holidays, 11am to 1pm Sunday. For delivery time outside of this schedule, kindly let us know to check availability.
Baker’s 13 strives to ensure the delivery is made within the one-hour window arranged. But delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic jams, etc). Baker’s 13 will inform the customer if any delays to the schedule occur.
How much for delivery?
For total purchases of whole cakes above S$150, we will provide free delivery to one location and one timing within Singapore Mainland.
For total purchases of whole cakes below S$150, a S$25 delivery charge applies to one location and one timing.
Kindly ensure the recipient is present during the date and time of delivery, as an additional delivery charge ($25) will be incurred to reschedule another delivery slot. As cakes require refrigeration, we are not able to wait for the recipient or leave the good(s) unattended
Can we cancel or refund our order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any request for refund or cancellation, once payment is made. All Good(s) sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
What is the storage instructions for cakes?
For cheesecakes and shortcakes, they have to be stored in the fridge within 30 mins after delivery or self collection. And best eaten chilled from the fridge.
For buttercream or fondant based cakes, they need to be stored in the fridge within 60 mins after delivery or self collection to maintain freshness, and removed at least ONE hour prior to cutting to allow the product to thaw and soften. This is because we use 100% French butter in our products, which will harden in the fridge.
Do not store the cakes in the Freezer.
